  1. What is the difference between Order and Pre-Order and when will I get my order?

    Currently we are still taking Pre-Orders, but we are shipping GBoxes on a daily basis, receiving new product every week. The quicker your order is in our system, the quicker we can ship out your GBox!

    We are also experiencing various COVID-19 related delays. but we are working through these issues, and expect to get caught up soon. We're grateful for the high demand, and will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

  2. I just ordered my GBox but never got an email. Did my order go through?

    Please check your Spam folder. If you did not receive a confirmation of your order, please email us at and we will re-send the confirmation to you.

  3. I put in my credit card and it keeps coming back as 'Declined' or 'Failed'. It's a valid card. What does this mean?

    First, make sure your street address and zip code listed under Billing Address matches exactly what is listed for your credit card.

    Second, if you live outside of the U.S., your card may be from a non U.S. card Issuing bank or it may not allow Address Verification Service (AVS) which is required by our payment gateway. Please contact your bank for more information or contact us for alternate forms of payment.

  4. My credit card has not been charged. When will it get processed?

    Please allow 48 hours for your payment to be processed. If you placed your order over the weekend, the processing time may be longer.
